I wish the correct hours would be posted. They say they’re open Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM. We walked an hour and a half to go there on Monday and it was closed. Even the days it’s open, it only opens at 11 AM

Recently purchased Italian made pants here. I mentioned a perfume smell coming from the fabric to the sales person and she indicated this is common on some items from Italy (? odd) and that dry cleaning would eliminate the smell. Based on this assurance I purchased the pants and requested the garment be altered by the store (at additional cost ). After dry cleaning the pants, the smell was still present. The store manager (George) refused to accept responsibility indicating that the alterations prevented the return! He was exceedingly rude and relied on his 50 + yrs of experience as the justification for his opinion, arrogance and (poor) customer management. Pathetic that an elegant store on Worth Ave (previously a Breakers Hotel store) is run this way. Avoid this place !

My husband bought me a “alligator” purse and a pair of sandals, for Christmas for $4,500.00 They looked cheap. I went to the store trying to find something that I could exchange them for. All the items looked cheaply made, and I couldn’t find something that I would really like. The owner Giorgio refused to give me a refund, so I could purchase my husband’s Christmas gift somewhere else. Don’t buy any gifts there! Ever!
Giorgio's was fabulous Lord knows i'm not one high networth people of PB bit Giorgio (personally) and his staff treated me like I was one. However I appreciate quality had crafted luxury goods my Itlian handcrafted loafers are amazing and so comfotable. Highly recommend Giorgio's and i'll be back for another pair she I make 1st Million😉
