Returns & Refunds
- You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards and clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Any item not in its original condition (damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error) will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@giorgiospalmbeach.com.
Refund Process

- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
