Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • Any item not in its original condition (damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error) will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@giorgiospalmbeach.com.


Refund Process

  1. Contact us at support@giorgiospalmbeach.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
